If you have been dreaming about the look of your dress, then I can realise that dream for you. We will sit together and look at the possibilities and practicalities, we will draw that design, find the fabrics and start working. This procedure is quite time consuming and it is best to start several months before the wedding.

Sometimes the fabrics give us the inspiration for the design, and sometimes it is the design which requires a particular fabric. Either way it is always a good idea to start collecting fabric samples. Alternatively one can choose from my personal collection of gorgeous fabrics and laces.

For the mother of the bride or groom I can offer a design where I can incorporate the colour and style of the dresses from the bridal party. It will just look stunning on the wedding pictures when all the dresses are in harmony. The right photographer will create a composition showing love and unison.

Working with a private designer or dressmaker has many advantages which can not always be offered by a more commercial focused shop. To deliver a high quality gown means total dedication, many days of painstakingly work on delicate fabrics and flexibility. This type of work is a labour of love.

All work is done in my own studio in the Hills area, using professional machinery.
